Account info (name, email), bookings, messages with guides, optional profile photo. If you apply to become a guide and complete identity verification, we additionally collect a photo of your passport or another government ID and, where applicable, a guide license photo. These documents are used solely to verify identity and eligibility to operate as a guide, are stored securely, and are not shown to travelers.
2. How we use it
To run the service: create bookings, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and improve features.
3. Sharing
We share booking details with the guide you book. We do not sell personal data.
4. Storage
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (EU/US). We use industry-standard encryption.
5. Your rights
Request export or deletion of your data at admin@supernovacarriers.com.

We use essential cookies for login and minimal analytics.
