By using Hamroh you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Hamroh is a marketplace connecting travellers with independent local guides. We are not a tour operator and do not provide tours ourselves.
3. Bookings
When you confirm a booking, you enter into a contract directly with the guide. Hamroh facilitates the transaction.
4. Payments & cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the experience. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. User conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, or misrepresentation.
6. Liability
Hamroh is not liable for the conduct of guides or travellers. Use the service at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
